Cleanliness: Wiggles & Giggles takes great pride
in the cleanlines of our store and equipment. Our entire facility is
disinfected daily.
Clothing: Children and Parents are required to wear socks and active play clothes.
Registration: Register in person or by phone. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card (Amex, Visa and Master Card are all accepted)
Sibling Discount: 20% discount to siblings. Please note, multiples are allowed to attend with a single guardian.
Class cancellations: Wiggles & Giggles reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet our minimal registration number.
Absences: Whenever possible, please notify us of your child’s absence. This provides us with the opportunity to offer your child’s spot as a make—up for another child.
Make-up Policy: Make—up classes are available for the current session only. We will make every effort to provide you with a make—up class; however we cannot exceed our maximum class size. Additionally, we do not refund for missed classes, however if you sign up for the following session your missed class can be carried over (limit 2 classes per session). If you do not sign up for the following session you can use your make-up class during Open Play.
Refund Policy: Guests are entitled to a full
refund, less a $75 cancellation fee, prior to the first class. No
refunds after the first class.
Returned check fee: $25
Trial Classes: You are welcome to participate in any of the Free trial classes during Open House Weeks. If you miss the Open House please call Wiggles & Giggles and make an appointment to try a class under no obligation.
Store Hours: Weekday hours are based on scheduled classes. The store may be closed during Open Play hour if no one has signed up in advance. Weekend open play hours change weekly and are updated each week on our voice-mail.
School closings due to weather: We will try our best to stay open in inclement weather, however, if it is necessary for us to close, we will follow the East Hanover School closings and there will be a message on the voice-mail. If we have your e-mail, we will try and reach out to you the morning of your class. We will determine a day to reschedule the class as a group.
